Assembly rebrands ADK Global offices across Asia
Global omnichannel agency Assembly has completed the first phase of integrating ADK Global by rebranding all former ADK Global offices in Asia under the Assembly name. The move follows Assembly’s acquisition of ADK Global last year and brings together brand strategy, creative, media, data and commerce within a single agency structure focused on measurable growth.
The rebranding marks a significant step in Assembly’s ambition to build an end-to-end brand performance agency across Asia. By consolidating capabilities under one identity, the network aims to simplify operations for clients while strengthening collaboration across markets.
Asia-wide transition to the Assembly brand
From January 2026, markets including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, India and Australia will operate as Assembly. Existing local leadership teams remain in place, maintaining continuity for clients while connecting them more closely to Assembly’s global infrastructure.
Clients will gain access to Assembly’s technology stack, including the STAGE AI Experience Engine, scaled data capabilities and its Brand Performance Planning model. The agency positions the unified structure as a way to deliver a more streamlined client experience built around one framework and closer cross-market collaboration.
Technology rollout and AI-led integration
Over the next 12 months, Assembly will extend the STAGE AI Experience Engine across former ADK Global markets. This includes tools such as COMPASS, a marketing and audience intelligence platform; ALERTS, which supports real-time AI-powered optimisation; and SCENE, which enables rapid marketing mix modelling. Together, these tools form a single technology stack for planning, measurement and content optimisation.
Assembly plans further investment in AI-led products to connect ADK Global’s creative capabilities more directly into STAGE. The agency expects this integration to support more closely aligned creative and performance outcomes for brands.
Partnership strengthens presence in Japan
Alongside the rebranding, Assembly has formed a strategic partnership with ADK Japan through Stagwell’s existing relationship. The collaboration links ADK Japan’s creative heritage with Assembly’s global data, media and technology capabilities.
The partnership is designed to support Japanese brands seeking international growth, as well as global brands looking to strengthen their presence in Japan through culturally relevant marketing approaches.
Richard Brosgill, APAC CEO, Assembly: “The real impact begins now. With one brand, one platform, and one connected data ecosystem, we can turn deep audience and creative insight into brand performance at scale. Asia’s most ambitious brands want speed, simplicity, and work that truly moves people. This model gives them all three.”
APAC’s role in global brand performance
Rick Acampora, global CEO, Assembly: “APAC is shaping the future of brand performance and is equipped with the talent and technology to unite creativity, media, commerce and data as one. This is not just integration; it marks the beginning of an evolution in how we do business. We are building a connected model that delivers speed, cultural relevance, and measurable impact, and this approach will shape how we drive clients’ brand growth globally.”
