AI startup Reddy secures $2m funding to expand CX agent platform
Reddy, an AI startup that provides enterprise Customer Experience (CX) teams with a single platform to train, deploy and manage their human and AI agents, has raised $2 million in funding. DA Ventures, a firm known for backing high-potential early-stage startups led the round with participation from other venture capital firms with deep CX domain expertise, and strategic angel investors.
