ADCN opens registration for Dutch Creativity Awards 2022

ADCN has opened registrations for the Dutch Creativity Awards of 2022. The Dutch Club for Creativity has chosen Unite to Ignite as the theme for the awards this year. Ambitious creatives can win this year's Lamps or Spin Awards for their projects within the existing and new categories such as NFT, Sonic Branding, Social Design and Color Grading. Patta icon Edson Sabajo , ADCN guest president, announces this year's winner of the recently introduced President Award category: Unity. You can register for the Dutch Creativity Awards 2022 until June 15, 2022.

Dutch Creativity Awards 2022 has more than 60 categories, divided over 8 disciplines. This concerns work created between May 1, 2021 and June 15, 2022. In addition, all entrants, regardless of whether they win a Spin or Lamp, will again receive Rewards this year.

The Rewards program consists of:

  • A voucher for the ADCN Academy - Summer School
  • An ADCN Talent Membership
  • Day ticket for the Dutch Creativity Festival in the autumn of 2022.

With this Rewards program, ADCN wants to ensure that participants have the tools to further develop their creativity, even after registration. Runner-ups can count on even greater visibility within the Talent category and the opportunity to spar with senior creatives in the field, such as an Awards judge. All winners will be announced in October 2022 during the ceremony of the Dutch Creativity Awards 2022 on a date to be announced.

Alvaro Sotomayor , ADCN board member Dutch Creativity Awards and Creative Director, Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam: “The new categories not only broaden the creative environment, but also deepen projects and work. Through the Rewards program, but also through the new President Award category, it gives ADCN the opportunity to invest back in the industry and bring different worlds together: Unite to Ignite.”

President Award: Unity

The President Award: Unity is presented by this year's ADCN Guest Chair, Patta Co-Founder Edson Sabajo. With his presidency, he wants to unite worlds and reach out to the younger generation and encourage them in their creative careers. This category is an open call for creatives of all ages who have a project that focuses on the Unity theme. From emerging talent to professional and from individual to group. This can be an inspiring poem or, for example, an initiative to bring people closer together. Candidates for this award are projects that have contributed in a groundbreaking way and through innovative collaborations to breaking through prejudices and creating unity in society. The winner will receive a voucher of €1,000,
