Accenture appoints Emma Chalwin as global CMO
Accenture has appointed Emma Chalwin as Chief Marketing Officer, effective October 1, 2026. Chalwin will lead the company’s global marketing and communications organisations and report to Accenture Chair and CEO Julie Sweet.
Chalwin joins Accenture from Workday, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing brand development and customer demand across international markets. She previously held senior marketing positions at Salesforce, Adobe, McAfee and Macrovision.

Chalwin brings more than 30 years of global marketing experience, with a focus on translating complex technology developments into market narratives that support customer engagement, relevance and growth during periods of business and technological change.

In her new role, Chalwin will oversee the global marketing and communications organisations as Accenture develops its market position around AI and business reinvention.
