Nielsen inks multi-market deal with Morgan Murphy Media for local TV measurement

Nielsen, a global player in audience measurement, data and analytics, has announced a multi-market renewal with Morgan Murphy Media, a television and radio company headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin.

Nielsen will expand its Local TV measurement coverage for Morgan Murphy with newly licensed TV stations in the Yakima-Pasco-Richland-Kennewick+, Marquette and the Alpena DMAs, as well as renewed agreements for Local TV service in Spokane, WA, LaCrosse-Eau Claire, WI, Madison, WI, and Victoria, TX.

Nielsen’s Local TV solutions deliver comprehensive measurement across the myriad of platforms, devices & advertising models in all markets, large and small. Advanced metering technology, people-powered panels and big data sources from millions of cable and satellite subscribers deliver actionable data that is representative of what people are actually viewing in local markets.
