Hearst, USLege unveil AI-powered legislative intelligence tool

Hearst Newspapers and USLege have introduced Capitol Confidential Pro, a platform designed to support policy and government professionals with a combination of trusted statehouse reporting and AI-powered legislative intelligence.

The product brings together Capitol Confidential’s political journalism with USLege’s real-time policy tracking technology, offering a unified tool for monitoring and interpreting state and local government activity.

The platform launches in New York State and is set to expand to California in 2026. It targets government affairs teams, lawmakers, lobbyists, associations, corporate public policy units and law firms seeking a comprehensive view of legislative developments.
