Claire Boussagol joins Mediahuis’ news brand EURACTIV as Managing Editor
Claire Boussagol, former President Europe of APCO Worldwide and CEO of Politico Europe, joins EURACTIV as Managing Director. Claire's appointment completes the new three-person executive team leading EURACTIV, with René Moerland, publisher and chairman, and Emmanuel Naert, subscription director.
EURACTIV has the ambition to become the leading medium for EU policy and politics, both in Brussels and in the capitals of Europe. René Moerland will take the EURACTIV newsroom to the next level and brings his experience as editor-in-chief of NRC , among others .
Claire Boussagol brings her extensive knowledge of the Brussels bubble to ensure that EURACTIV continues to cater to the strong core of its primary audience as it evolves.
