Starcom Italia announces new leadership team

Starcom Italia, an agency of Publicis Groupe, has announced the entry of two new figures in key roles for the growth and consolidation of its offer on the market.

The positions are part of the new organization of the agency, after the recent appointment of Boaz Rosenberg as CEO, and have the aim of strengthening Starcom's distinctive positioning as a Human Experience Company with new business models, innovative solutions and use of technology to accelerate business growth and impact on consumers.

Giorgio Chiaramonte, Chief Digital & Strategy Officer of Starcom, has a technological background and a professional career in consulting, which has allowed him to develop important transversal skills in the customer experience and holistic strategy for customers.

He comes from Alkemy, where he has contributed to the growth of the company since its foundation and previously worked in Between, a consulting company that later merged into EY.

In Starcom he has the task of guiding the activities and the development of strategies for customers where the keywords are digital transformation, innovation and therefore results.

Cristina Ughes takes on the role of General Manager in Starcom after a professional career in the Group that began in 2015, before which she gained a long experience in the data & programmatic field. Since his arrival in Publicis Groupe, his role has been fundamental in the creation, organization and management of various internal start-ups, leading them to success and innovative products and solutions on different media.
