Red Bull India renews WPP Media partnership
Red Bull India has renewed its integrated media partnership with WPP Media agency Wavemaker, extending a collaboration that has lasted more than 15 years.
The mandate continues to cover end-to-end media strategy, planning and buying across both digital and traditional platforms. The partnership focuses on strengthening the brand’s presence in youth culture, sport and experiential marketing environments in India.
Long-term collaboration continues across media channels
The renewed agreement will see Wavemaker maintain responsibility for aligning media investments with Red Bull’s broader brand ecosystem, including content-led initiatives and experiential activations.
Shekhar Banerjee, President, Client Solutions, WPP Media South Asia: “Our continued partnership with Red Bull India reflects a strong enduring relationship built on shared ambition and consistent delivery over time. As the media landscape evolves, our focus remains on crafting integrated strategies that seamlessly connect powerful brand storytelling with measurable outcomes across platforms. By leveraging data, technology, and cultural insight, we aim to build deeper audience engagement and drive sustained growth for the brand.”
Brand strategy anchored in youth and culture
Red Bull’s marketing approach in India has long been associated with sports, music and youth-driven cultural platforms. The continued partnership aims to reinforce these associations through coordinated media planning and content integration.
WPP Media will continue to focus on connecting brand storytelling with audience moments across channels, supporting Red Bull’s wider strategy of linking media activity with cultural and experiential touchpoints.
