Omnicom Media launches Hearts United globally

The agency will operate across 40 markets, bringing together the two networks’ capabilities and geographic footprints as brands navigate an increasingly fragmented media environment

Omnicom Media has launched Hearts United, a global media agency formed through the combination of Hearts & Science and Mediahub. The agency will operate across 40 markets, bringing together the two networks’ capabilities and geographic footprints as brands navigate an increasingly fragmented media environment.

Hearts United represents approximately $9.1 billion in 2025 billings and follows sustained growth across both organizations. Between 2021 and 2025, Hearts & Science increased its billings by 50 percent, while Mediahub grew 33 percent, with growth continuing into 2026.

Hearts United brings two media networks together

Florian Adamski, CEO of Omnicom Media: “Hearts & Science helped pioneer data-driven decision-making, while Mediahub broke new ground by proving media could serve as a creative platform. In bringing them together as Hearts United, we have created a new globally scaled network built from complementary strengths, approaches and footprints, and grounded in the shared principle of putting client growth at the heart of every decision.”

The combined agency also enters the market with strong new business performance. According to COMvergence real-time dashboards, Hearts United currently ranks first in the US year to date for total new business, measured by wins minus losses including retentions. It ranks third globally and in EMEA, despite competing with agencies as much as three times its size.

Agency outlines four operating principles

Hearts United will operate around four principles: an outcomes-oriented commercial model that links agency success to client growth; AI embedded into workflows to support human decision-making; holistic planning across platforms, communities, creators and commerce; and senior-led teams designed to work as extensions of clients’ organizations.

The agency will also draw on the wider Omnicom Media network’s scale, data and technology, identity, commerce capabilities and talent. It joins OMD, Initiative, PHD and UM within Omnicom Media’s global agency portfolio.

Hearts United appoints regional leadership

Nicole Estebanell, formerly CEO of Mediahub U.S., will lead Hearts United in the US, while Ross Jenkins, who previously led Mediahub across EMEA, will head the agency in that region. Both executives have experience scaling businesses while maintaining entrepreneurial cultures and client relationships.

Leadership for APAC and LATAM is expected to be announced in the fourth quarter.

Omnicom Media reports strong new business

Hearts United launches as Omnicom Media reports the strongest year-to-date total new business performance among global media groups in 2026. The group has secured $4.1 billion in new client billings, with wins including Adidas, Delta, Dyson, IBM, Mark Anthony Brands, Novo Nordisk, On and Subway.
