iProspect wins Floor & Decor media account
Floor & Decor has selected iProspect as its media agency of record following a competitive review. The dentsu agency will oversee all media planning and buying across paid channels, expanding a relationship that began in 2020 when it was appointed to manage performance media.
The appointment strengthens the agency’s role in shaping Floor & Decor’s full-funnel media strategy, connecting brand activity with performance efforts across key customer segments.
Floor & Decor seeks stronger impact through unified media approach
Krystal Zell, executive vice president chief customer officer at Floor & Decor: "Partnering with iProspect opens incredible opportunities to take our marketing to the next level. Together, we’re combining media innovation and data-driven insight to deliver even more impactful experiences for our customers."
Liz Rutgersson, CEO of iProspect North America, said the expanded remit aligns with the agency’s brand-building and performance expertise.
Liz Rutgersson: "Floor & Decor has been a valued client for five years, and we’re thrilled to expand our partnership with them. With iProspect’s approach to building brands with a performance mindset, we’ll now manage the full funnel for Floor & Decor — seamlessly connecting brand and demand to drive greater efficiencies and to build awareness between homeowners and pros in key markets."
Agency builds momentum with recent wins
The decision follows a series of recent account gains for iProspect, including Hy-Vee, BJ’s, eBay, Principal Financial Group and Mead Johnson. The agency also rose from number sixteen to number two in the Comvergence ranking for new business in 2024, supported by its performance-driven heritage and full-funnel planning capabilities.
