303 Mediahub expands team after client growth
The expanded team will support both new clients and existing accounts
303 Mediahub has expanded its Perth media team with five appointments across leadership, planning and performance as the agency responds to business growth and a broader client portfolio, including government accounts.
The appointments follow a series of account wins and the agency's selection for the Western Australian Government Common Use Arrangement (CUA) panel for media strategy and buying. The expanded team will support both new clients and existing accounts.
Senior hires strengthen media capability
The appointments include Emily Whyte as Media Director, Vicki Crimmins as Media Manager, Ash Idle as Planning Director, Kaycee Williams as Media Coordinator and Sophie Ashby as Performance Coordinator.
Emily Whyte joins from Carat and will oversee the agency's government media portfolio, leading strategic planning, client relationships and the onboarding of government clients. Also joining from Carat, Vicki Crimmins will support campaign planning, media buying and client service, while Ash Idle will focus on audience-led media strategy across the agency's client portfolio.
Performance and coordination roles added
Kaycee Williams will support campaign planning, implementation, reporting and account coordination. Sophie Ashby joins from Word of Mouth to work across paid search, social media and programmatic campaigns, supporting digital performance and optimisation.
Kylie Macey, General Manager, 303 Mediahub: "We are building one of Perth's strongest locally based media teams, combining senior strategic leadership with specialist performance and analytics expertise. The new appointments include some of the state's best talent, and we're thrilled to have them on board.
"And these latest appointments are just the start. As a growing and ambitious media agency with the depth of capability to manage complex, large-scale accounts through to localised projects requiring strong WA knowledge and experience, we're looking for other talented Western Australians to join the team in the near future.
"It's an exciting time for the agency and the WA industry as a whole."
Expansion follows account wins
Mediahub ANZ CEO Sue Squillace linked the team's growth to continued investment in specialist expertise.
Sue Squillace, Mediahub ANZ CEO: "It's brilliant to see the market responding to 303 Mediahub's ongoing expansion, and its ability to meet client demand while developing new tools and approaches that address modern marketing challenges.
"Kylie and the team are building an outstanding business, and we look forward to seeing even greater success and expansion in the future."
Alongside its appointment to the Western Australian Government media panel, 303 Mediahub has secured work with the Australian Cancer Research Foundation, Australia's Biggest Morning Tea for Cancer Council and Melanoma Australia. The agency has also continued its international media planning and buying work for Austrade and released Voice of WA, a research report examining the attitudes and emotional drivers of Western Australians.
