The Perfume Shop appoints Trouble Maker for festive campaign
Creative and media agencyTrouble Maker has been appointed by The Perfume Shop to create its 2025 Christmas campaign. The UK fragrance retailer selected the agency following a competitive pitch process.
The campaign will include a hero advertising film leading the retailer’s festive activity, with content running across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, display and connected TV from early November. It will continue the storytelling-led approach introduced with last year’s Merry Spritzmas platform.
The creative will present perfume as the ultimate Christmas gift, drawing on scent’s ability to evoke memories. The tone will be designed to feel warm and playful, while reflecting The Perfume Shop’s approachable personality.
Jonathan Fraser, chief creative officer, Trouble Maker: "The Perfume Shop has such a unique voice in the fragrance category – fun, human and never afraid to show its personality. We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to bring that to life in a campaign that not only champions perfume as the ultimate gift but also taps into the emotional power of scent and memory."
Karen Harris, customer director, The Perfume Shop: "Christmas is our most important moment of the year and we wanted a campaign partner who could help us stand out. We’re excited to collaborate on a campaign that will spread festive joy and cement The Perfume Shop as the number one destination for gifting scents to family and friends."
