Tesco campaign spotlights value, community and convenience

Tesco is building on its long-running Every Little Helps positioning with a campaign centred on the question: Need Anything From Tesco? The initiative aims to reposition the slogan as an ongoing conversation with customers, colleagues and communities across the UK.

The platform transforms a familiar phrase into a broader brand message, highlighting Tesco’s role not only in grocery retail but in supporting households through value, convenience and community initiatives.

From slogan to national conversation

As the UK’s largest supermarket, Tesco continues to focus on quality, price and accessibility. The campaign also points to additional services and programmes, including free nappies for premature babies, an extensive own-brand Free From range, free fruit and vegetables for schools, and Clubcard Reward partnerships offering benefits such as discounted dining, holidays and cinema tickets.

Ashwin Prasad, UK CEO, Tesco: "At Tesco, ’Every Little Helps’ has always been rooted in the real actions our colleagues take every day to support customers, whether that’s going the extra mile in store to support a customer who needs it or supporting hundreds of schools to access free fruit and veg for their pupils. The new ‘Need anything from Tesco?’ platform is intended to build on that as we continually work towards new, thoughtful ways to do more for our customers and local communities whilst still providing great quality food at the right price. I am excited to see where the campaign takes us as we start to actively ask the question: Need anything from Tesco?"

Integrated rollout across channels

The hero film, developed by BBH and directed by Tore Frandsen through new-land, uses humour to depict a family scenario in which the question extends beyond everyday grocery items. The film is set to Blue Monday by New Order and runs in 60-, 30-, 20- and 10-second formats, alongside idents supporting Tesco’s sponsorship of Britain’s Got Talent.

Print and out-of-home executions reinforce the message that Tesco’s offer extends beyond food retail. The campaign runs nationwide across TV, social, print, OOH and radio, with media planning handled by EssenceMediaCom UK.

Felipe Serradourada Guimaraes, Executive Creative Director, BBH: "It’s a privilege to put renewed meaning into Every Little Helps with this platform. The team is pumped for what’s to come. Watch this space."

The campaign signals Tesco’s intent to evolve its established brand line into a broader engagement platform aligned with current consumer expectations.
