SlimFast’s campaign champions life in motion
SlimFast has partnered with full-service production studio Bayonet and post-production house Chop Shop on its latest brand campaign, “The Easy Way,” positioning SlimFast as a convenient and dependable choice for sustained satisfaction, energy and strength.
Developed in close collaboration with SlimFast’s in-house creative team, the campaign follows a woman navigating the demands of everyday life while staying committed to her health goals. The story highlights how SlimFast supports an active, on-the-go lifestyle through easy, protein-forward nutrition, and concludes with the tagline: “Slim Better, Slim Strong, SlimFast.”
Bayonet was responsible for producing both the lifestyle and tabletop elements of the spot under one roof, an approach designed to ensure a cohesive visual language across the campaign. The production blends character-driven storytelling with product-focused visuals, linking everyday moments with SlimFast’s nutritional offering.
According to Matt Thompson, Creative Director at SlimFast, working with Bayonet and Chop Shop felt like an extension of the brand’s internal team. He said the partners brought strong creative thinking alongside an ability to work seamlessly within a corporate environment, keeping all stakeholders aligned from kickoff through final delivery.
Thompson added that having a single creative team handle both lifestyle and tabletop production helped strengthen the narrative. Rather than serving as standalone product shots, the tabletop visuals were designed to extend the story established in the lifestyle footage, resulting in a more unified final piece.
Bayonet director Andrew P. Quinn said the creative goal was to reflect the constant motion of modern life. Using Steadicam and a tightly planned animatic, the team aimed to deliver a spot that feels effortless on screen while maintaining precision behind the scenes, balancing energy and authenticity.
Kevin Grazioli, Executive Producer at Bayonet and Chop Shop, described SlimFast as a highly collaborative partner throughout the process. He noted that despite a compressed timeline, the project moved from script to final delivery in just five weeks, driven by strong alignment and shared creative momentum across all teams involved.
Thompson concluded that early collaboration with internal stakeholders helped eliminate silos and maintain clear communication throughout the project. He praised Bayonet and Chop Shop for their professionalism, creativity and ability to consistently meet tight deadlines, adding that the teams continue to exceed expectations across multiple collaborations.
