Seamus Higgins appointed Executive Creative Director for AKQA London

AKQA London has named Seamus Higgins joint Executive Creative Director, working alongside current Executive Creative Director Paul Ostryzniuk to lead the agency’s creative team.

Higgins brings 25 years of international experience across brand, digital, and integrated campaigns. His appointment reflects AKQA London’s focus on strengthening creative leadership and delivering work with cultural and business impact for clients.

Recognised on AdAge’s Creative All-Stars list, Higgins has led campaigns that have earned widespread acclaim, including the Palau Pledge, which won two D&AD Black Pencils, three Cannes Lions Grand Prix and was named the most awarded campaign globally. He also oversaw work for Australian Defence Force Recruiting that delivered record results and a Grand Effie.

His creative philosophy emphasises the responsibility of ideas to help shape positive change, aligning with AKQA’s commitment to purposeful creativity.
