Samsung showcases AI support in daily life

The initiative focuses on how AI can anticipate user needs and deliver personalized support

Samsung Electronics has launched a global video campaign titled Your Companion to AI Living, highlighting how artificial intelligence is integrated across its products and services to support users in everyday situations.

Introduced during The First Look at CES 2026, the campaign showcases Samsung’s vision for AI-powered experiences that connect devices, platforms and services. The initiative focuses on how AI can anticipate user needs and deliver personalized support across different aspects of daily life.

Campaign focuses on everyday AI assistance

The campaign centers on the role of AI in helping users manage health, family and pet care. Through a series of humorous videos, Samsung demonstrates how its technology can provide practical assistance in routine situations.

Stephanie Choi, Executive Vice President and Head of Global Brand Center at Samsung Electronics: "Through this campaign, we aim to show how Samsung’s products and services, integrated with AI, can become a life companion by proactively understanding users’ needs and offering personalized support when it matters most. We will continue to create more meaningful ways for customers to experience the value of Samsung’s innovations in their daily lives."

The three-video series illustrates how AI-powered features are incorporated into Samsung’s ecosystem of connected devices and services.

Health and wellness tools take center stage

One video highlights health-focused features, including the Antioxidant Index available through Galaxy Watch8 and the Samsung Health app. The feature helps users monitor wellness indicators and receive meal suggestions based on their health goals.

The campaign also showcases AI Food Manager within the Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, which helps users manage ingredients and receive recipe recommendations based on available food items.

Pet care and family safety applications featured

For pet owners, the campaign demonstrates how Now Brief works with the Pet Care feature in the SmartThings app to remind users about dog walks and track walking activity, including routes and duration.

Another video focuses on family support, highlighting the Call Screening feature on Galaxy smartphones. The feature is presented as a tool that can help older family members identify and avoid unwanted calls, including potential voice phishing attempts.

The videos are being displayed on digital screens at major international locations, including Times Square in New York and Piccadilly Circus in London, and are also being distributed through Samsung’s social media channels, including YouTube and Instagram.
