NewGen launches AI platform for creator campaigns

Social-first creative and creator agency NewGen has launched Multiple, an AI-powered platform designed to streamline and scale influencer marketing campaigns.

The system brings creator campaign management into a single workflow, covering sourcing, outreach, approvals, publishing and performance tracking.

The platform is aimed at reducing fragmentation in influencer marketing by consolidating processes that are typically managed across multiple tools and manual workflows. NewGen said the system is designed to increase efficiency, improve visibility and reduce campaign execution time.

Multiple centralises creator campaign workflows

NewGen said Multiple integrates key stages of influencer campaign delivery, including creator matching, outreach, negotiation, contract generation and performance reporting.

The platform can automate tasks such as rate benchmarking, compliance checks aligned with ASA and FTC guidelines, scheduling and reporting. It also provides an audit trail of campaign activity, offering transparency for finance and procurement teams.

According to the company, campaigns managed through Multiple can launch up to ten times faster than traditional manual workflows.

AI-driven creator selection and campaign control

Multiple includes an AI system that connects with creator marketplaces to identify suitable influencers based on brand safety, tone of voice and niche alignment. This reduces reliance on manual shortlisting and standardises creator selection across campaigns.

Mike Craddock, Chief Executive Officer at NewGen: “We've spent years running creator campaigns for the world's biggest brands and watched the same problems repeat. The tools were fragmented, the compliance was manual and the reporting came too late to act on. Nobody had fixed it end-to-end, so we did. Every brand we work with is under pressure to do more with less and to show the numbers. Multiple is how we help them do that.”

Chris Parnell, Chief Creative Officer at NewGen: “This is not a discovery tool with a few automations bolted on. It is the whole pipeline, connected and auditable, from the first outreach message to the final report. For marketing, finance and procurement teams, that is a different proposition entirely.”

Flexible operating models for brands

The platform can be deployed in three modes: full automation for scale and speed, a hybrid model combining human strategy with automated operations, or a fully human-led approach for complex campaigns.

NewGen said the system is designed to support marketing teams under pressure to improve efficiency while maintaining control over creative and strategic decisions. The company added that Multiple focuses on operational execution rather than replacing human input in campaign development.
