Neiman Marcus builds Fall 2026 campaign around style

Cheryl Han, Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, Exemplar Luxury Group: "Signature Style highlights what Neiman Marcus does best, showcasing our luxury offerings in a way that our customers can make them uniquely their own. By bringing together our exceptional brand partners and expertly curated assortment, this campaign underscores the value of the Neiman Marcus experience by creating meaningful opportunities to engage our customers across every touchpoint."

Photographer Judy Pak shot the campaign in Los Angeles, where poet Cleo Wade, stylist Jessica de Ruiter and movement director Stephen Galloway appear in their private residences. The campaign connects their personal aesthetics with fall pieces from Neiman Marcus.

Campaign features creatives in their Los Angeles homes

The imagery explores how the featured creatives’ approaches to style extend from their clothing into their living spaces. The campaign uses these settings to link personal expression with the retailer’s fall assortment.

Elle Strauss, SVP, Creative, Exemplar Luxury Group: "At the heart of this campaign is the idea that style is an expression of each customer's unique identity," said Elle Strauss, SVP, Creative, Exemplar Luxury Group. "By capturing Cleo, Jessica and Stephen in their own homes, we're able to create portraits that reveal how their individual perspectives extend beyond what they wear. Merging this genuine expression with Neiman Marcus' signature visual identity results in a campaign that feels simultaneously refined and intimately personal."

Personal styling service takes center stage in film

The campaign also includes a film featuring artist Lily Kwong that focuses on Neiman Marcus’ personal styling service. Filmed at the retailer’s Beverly Hills store, the video follows Kwong during an in-store styling appointment as she tries on looks selected around her lifestyle.

The campaign is running across digital channels, social media and in-store visual displays throughout the season. Neiman Marcus stores will also feature windows highlighting seasonal looks, while selected locations will host client events and activations.

Fall collections supported by curated shopping guides

An event hosted by Cleo Wade in Los Angeles is among the planned activations, alongside gatherings led by local community tastemakers in other markets.

Online, customers can explore the Fall 2026 collections through curated shopping guides. The campaign forms part of Exemplar Luxury Group, which brings together luxury brands and customer experiences.
