M+C Saatchi UK reshapes creative leadership
The appointments are part of the agency's plans to expand the quality and scope of its creative work
M+C Saatchi Group UK has promoted Guy Bradbury to Chief Creative Officer of its UK creative agency and appointed Regan Warner as Executive Creative Director as it strengthens its creative leadership team.
The appointments are part of the agency's plans to expand the quality and scope of its creative work. Both executives will report to Marcus Peffers, Executive Chair of M+C Saatchi Group UK.
Bradbury promoted after agency growth
Guy Bradbury joined M+C Saatchi in 2022 and has led the agency's creative department during a period of client growth and award recognition. Campaigns produced under his leadership include Get Out of the Everyday. Get Into Teaching for the Department for Education, The National Conversation, Screwfix featuring Sir Mo Farah and Check if it's Real for the Financial Conduct Authority, which received the President's Award at The Drum Awards for Marketing EMEA 2026.
During the same period, the agency secured new business from the Investment Association, Severn Trent and JPMorgan Chase, as well as two places on the UK Government's communications roster.
Before joining M+C Saatchi, Bradbury co-founded Atomic London, where he served as Creative Partner for nine years. Earlier in his career, he held senior creative leadership roles at DDB London and Saatchi & Saatchi.
Warner joins from McCann London
Bradbury's first senior appointment is Regan Warner, who joins from McCann London as Executive Creative Director. She will oversee the agency's creative department, working with clients on integrated campaigns while supporting the development of creative talent across the business.
At McCann London, Warner worked with clients including Xbox, Reckitt, Pernod Ricard and Peroni. Her portfolio includes The Everyday Tactician for Xbox and See My Pain for Nurofen. She has also mentored creatives through programmes including Cannes Lions See It Be It, SheSays and Lollipop, and has served as a judge for the Creative Circle Awards and The One Show.
Leadership changes follow creative transition
The appointments follow the departure of Global Chief Creative Officers Rob Doubal and Laurence Thomson. Bradbury will lead the UK creative agency's creative direction alongside Darren Bowles, Chief Creative Officer of the global consulting division, Conall McAteer, Creative Director of Sport and Entertainment UK, and regional creative leaders within M+C Saatchi's global creative council.
Marcus Peffers, Executive Chair, M+C Saatchi Group UK: "Since joining, Guy has played a huge role in raising the quality and impact of our work. From being instrumental to our most significant new client wins to leading our recent haul of industry awards, he's consistently delivered the type of bold, distinctive work that's expected from M+C Saatchi. His promotion reflects the confidence we have in his creative vision for the future and Regan is a brilliant first hire. We're so delighted that two such exceptional talents will be leading the next chapter of our creative ambition."
Guy Bradbury, Chief Creative Officer, M+C Saatchi's UK creative agency: "M+C Saatchi has always believed in the power of creativity to solve business problems, shape culture and make a meaningful difference for our clients. As Chief Creative Officer, my ambition is to keep creativity at the centre of everything we do and empower our teams to produce standout work that earns its place in people's lives.
"Regan is one of the industry's most respected creative leaders. Alongside an exceptional body of award-winning work, she has a proven track record of building creative cultures where talented people do their best work. She combines world-class creative credentials with an entrepreneurial mindset and an instinctive understanding of how brands earn relevance in culture today. That's exactly the kind of leadership we want as we continue raising the creative bar across M+C Saatchi."
Agency focuses on creative culture
Regan Warner, Executive Creative Director at M+C Saatchi's UK creative agency: "M+C Saatchi's focus on Cultural Power really resonated with me. The best work happens when talented people from different disciplines come together with creativity at the centre. There's an incredible amount of talent here and a genuine ambition to create work that earns its place in culture rather than simply interrupting it.
"What really excited me was the opportunity to help shape the next chapter creatively, building an environment where people feel supported to be ambitious, push the craft and create work that solves real business problems while making a genuine impact in culture."
