M+C Saatchi highlights speed in Screwfix campaign
The campaign is running across out-of-home, social media, YouTube, radio, digital audio and display channels
Screwfix has launched a new campaign developed with M+C Saatchi Group UK that promotes its convenience services through a creative approach inspired by sportswear advertising. The campaign aims to increase awareness and usage of Screwfix Sprint Delivery, Click & Collect and Check-In services among trade professionals and DIY customers.
The activity builds on the retailer's existing No Stopping You brand platform and follows customer research that identified convenience as Screwfix's strongest competitive advantage.
Sports-inspired creative approach
The campaign centres on Screwfix ambassador Sir Mo Farah, whose association with speed and performance is used to reinforce the retailer's convenience proposition. The work develops the No Stopping You platform from a broader brand message into a more focused campaign highlighting delivery and collection services.
Drawing on familiar elements of sportswear advertising, the campaign features dynamic photography, bold typography and high-energy visual compositions across a series of out-of-home executions.

Focusing on speed and ease
According to M+C Saatchi Group UK, the creative strategy was based on the idea that sport provides some of the strongest cultural associations with speed and performance. The campaign applies those visual cues to trade retail to position Screwfix's convenience services as tools that help customers continue working without interruption.
Alongside the out-of-home activity, two social-first films featuring Sir Mo Farah capture unscripted moments designed to showcase the speed and simplicity of Screwfix's services. The films combine humour and customer interactions to create content tailored for social platforms.
Multi-channel rollout
The campaign is running across out-of-home, social media, YouTube, radio, digital audio and display channels. It also incorporates the Click & Collect launch advertisement first released in October 2025, alongside shorter audiovisual edits.
Social media activity is being distributed across Meta, TikTok and Reddit. Media planning and buying is managed by Dentsu Media, while McCANN handles public relations and Eight & Four oversees social media activity.
Jack Wallace, Marketing Director, Screwfix: "Convenience has always been at the heart of Screwfix and our speed of service is the number one reason customers continue to choose us. This latest phase of 'No Stopping You' builds on that insight by bringing our speed and convenience credentials to life in a fun, distinctive and engaging way. By taking inspiration from the world of sports advertising, we've been able to simply bring to life our market leading Sprint Delivery (in as little as 20 minutes) and Click & Collect (in as little as 1 minute) services in this memorable way."
Agency uses cultural cues from sport
Marcus Peffers, Executive Chair, M+C Saatchi Group UK: "At M+C Saatchi, we talk about Cultural Power as the ability to move people emotionally by tapping into the behaviours and passions that already shape culture. Sport is one of the most powerful and recognisable expressions of speed and performance there is, so borrowing from those cues gave us a distinctive and culturally resonant way to dramatise Screwfix's unique convenience offer."
Guy Bradbury, Creative Partner, M+C Saatchi Group UK: "Sir Mo Farah gives us a powerful shortcut into the world of speed and performance. By tapping into familiar sports advertising memory structures, we were able to make Screwfix's convenience offer feel instantly recognisable, distinctive and culturally relevant."
