Mitchell Duffree: "We are opening an agency in Amsterdam and London at the same time. I grew up in a bilingual family, half English, half Dutch. So London has always been my second home, and combining two worlds feels very natural to me. London is a more internationally focused city, so the quality of work and the level of talent needed to create high-end results are much higher than in Amsterdam. Amsterdam used to try to keep up, and while it's starting to get there, it’s not quite there yet."
