Guinness pairs cookies and pints for the holiday season
Guinness has teamed up with Los Angeles bakery Last Crumb to create a limited-edition holiday cookie collection designed for sharing alongside a pint of stout. The collaboration brings together beer fans and dessert enthusiasts through six cookies developed either with the flavor of Guinness or as pairings for the brewery’s signature stout.
The collection includes three varieties baked with Guinness, such as a chocolate chip cookie infused with stout notes, a raspberry cocoa milkshake cookie inspired by an Irish pub tradition, and a sticky toffee pudding cookie intended to be served warm. Three additional Last Crumb favorites — banana cream pie, peanut butter, and birthday cake — were selected to complement the roasted depth and creamy character of Guinness.
Flavors crafted for stout lovers and dessert fans
Karissa Downer, Director, Guinness: "We've always believed the best part of the holidays isn't what's on the table but who's around it. Partnering with Last Crumb lets us turn that idea into something everyone can share – a pint, a cookie and a holiday celebration that's full of flavor. Together, we've created a new kind of holiday ritual, one that's all about enjoying something special with your friends and family."

The special edition tin features classic Guinness advertising imagery in a nod to the brand’s history and is positioned as a collectible after the cookies are gone. The first Guinness x Last Crumb Holiday Cookie Drop is open for pre-order, priced at one hundred twenty dollars, with nationwide shipping starting November twenty four.
Each order includes six handcrafted cookies, the holiday tin, and two sixteen ounce Guinness glasses, with additional restocks scheduled for December two and December sixteen.
Additional holiday activations expand the partnership
Derek Jaeger, Founder, Last Crumb: "This is easily one of the top collabs we've ever worked on. Guinness has such a great flavor profile to use as a base for cookies, we immediately knew one flavor would not do the collaboration justice. We set out to create three iconic flavors, using different ingredients that pair exceptionally with Guinness. From dark chocolate, to raspberries, to dates and toffee, we wanted to create an unique experience with each cookie. Every bite can also be accentuated with a cold Guinness, and that is exactly how we recommend the cookies be enjoyed!"
Guinness is supporting the collaboration with several seasonal initiatives, including a holiday pop-up in Las Vegas, a donation program through which virtual pints contribute one dollar each to the James Beard Foundation, and a limited-edition holiday can featuring illustrated references to St. James’s Gate.
Breweries plan festive events through New Year’s Eve
The company’s Open Gate Breweries in Baltimore and Chicago are hosting holiday activities ranging from beer releases to festive flights paired with baked goods. Both locations launch their seasonal programming on Black Friday and conclude the year with a mystery beer release on New Year’s Eve.
