Copacino Fujikado repositions with new creative process for mid-sized brands

Independent creative and media agency Copacino Fujikado (Co.) has unveiled a refreshed positioning and proprietary process designed to help mid-sized brands compete more effectively against larger rivals.

With a mix of humor and edge, the Seattle-based shop is rolling out a series of self-produced videos skewering the pitfalls of working with holding company agencies — from endless handoffs and revolving leadership to lack of attention for mid-tier clients.

Scott Foreman, CEO, Copacino Fujikado: “Mid-sized brands looking for marketing constantly tolerate the chaos that comes from shifting promises and layers of BS. We’re the antidote to all the mess, delivering clarity, consistency, and a real partnership.”

Introducing “The Sprint”

At the heart of the shift is The Sprint, a high-speed creative model that emphasizes collaboration from day one. Powered by “The Co. Speedway,” a custom GPT-driven tool, the process is designed to streamline everything from strategy to copywriting while enabling faster, bolder ideas.

Rather than working in silos, Co.’s creatives and media specialists develop concepts in tandem with clients, encouraging iteration and transparency. The result: tighter alignment, less rework, and ideas that reach market faster.

The approach appears to be paying off — since introducing The Sprint, the agency claims a 75% win rate in final-round creative pitches, with several new account wins and the renewal of its long-running AOR partnership with Visit Seattle, which just launched a new global campaign spotlighting the city’s natural beauty.

Foreman: “From the scrappiest startups to household names, brands across the spectrum are seeing their timelines condensed, their budgets constrained, and their market shares challenged. We believe every brand deserves breakthrough work. Our agency is built around developing quality ideas that resonate with the right people in surprisingly meaningful ways.”

A model for growth brands

By pairing creative media experts with media-minded creatives, Co. positions itself as a challenger agency for brands that are too large for boutique shops yet often overlooked by holding company giants.

In fact, the agency notes that three of its last six wins went to market with the exact creative pitched, underscoring the efficiency of its model.
