Stagwell forms incubator fund to back adtech, AI
Stagwell has launched Quarter Creek Ventures, an incubator fund aimed at funding and scaling product and business ideas across adtech, AI implementation and AI-enabled marketing services. The initiative expands the network’s efforts to support early-stage concepts with the potential to develop into independent businesses.
Quarter Creek Ventures will back selected participants with seed funding and operational resources designed to accelerate product development and market entry. Founders will retain a majority ownership stake, while Stagwell provides access to its enterprise clients, capital and infrastructure to support growth.
How Quarter Creek Ventures supports founders
Beyond capital, the incubator offers hands-on mentorship from Stagwell’s senior leadership team. Participants will also receive operational support spanning strategy, design, technology and go-to-market execution, positioning them to move from concept to commercial scale.
Mark Penn, Chairman and CEO, Stagwell: "Breakthrough ideas rarely come from playing it safe. As the global challenger network, we’re focused on building best-in-class products and fostering talent that push the industry forward and advance our broader vision for transforming marketing through AI."
Building on prior incubation experience
The launch of Quarter Creek Ventures builds on Stagwell’s experience incubating internal business units, including Targeted Victory. Through the fund, the company plans to continue deploying growth capital and strategic expertise to support startups and emerging products aligned with its marketing and AI focus.
The incubator will operate on a rolling basis, with cohorts selected throughout the year.
