Compliant launches Agentic AI Suite for media governance
Compliant has introduced its Agentic AI Suite for Media, a suite designed to help agencies and brands address growing concerns around data integrity and privacy in AI-driven programmatic advertising. The company positions its technology as a governance layer for organisations adopting generative AI in media buying.
According to research from the World Federation of Advertisers, nearly all marketing teams expect to expand their use of AI agents in 2026, yet more than half cite data privacy as their primary concern. The study also reports that 85 percent of media buyers are highly or extremely concerned about data and privacy when using generative AI for media applications.
Data integrity tools for AI agents
Compliant aims to meet this demand with its Data Integrity Index, which supplies AI agents with signals about publisher data practices. The company states that large language models used in automated buying and selling can connect to its proprietary dataset, which covers about 95 percent of programmatic impressions purchased globally.
This framework is intended to give chief marketing officers a safeguard against unintended outcomes of algorithmic optimisation, balancing performance objectives with compliance requirements in automated media environments.
Agentic AI Suite and industry protocols
The Agentic AI Suite enables customised activation, measurement and reporting across the media value chain. It uses Model Context Protocol to make the Data Integrity Index accessible to buyers, sellers and technology partners working with agent-based systems.
Compliant is also taking part in the AdCP working group to support the development of shared data integrity standards. As protocols such as those announced by Google and Microsoft Copilot gain traction, the suite is positioned to be interoperable with these emerging frameworks.
Rising adoption of AI in media
Industry investment signals strong momentum for agent-based media buying, with eMarketer forecasting programmatic spend to exceed 200 billion dollars in 2026. Compliant presents its suite as a scalable response to the growing complexity of the digital supply chain.
Jamie Barnard, CEO and Co-founder, Compliant: "The future of media is agentic, but the foundation must be trust. While many are stuck debating AI policy, Compliant is providing essential technology to solve for risk and performance. The Compliant Agentic AI Suite delivers the only transparent, interoperable system that gives brands and agencies complete control to confidently unlock AI's full potential in programmatic media. We’re proud to lead the way in making AI-powered media more transparent, interoperable, and ultimately more impactful for brands, agencies, and consumers alike."
Collaborative approach to governance
Compliant works with organisations including the World Federation of Advertisers, the Association of National Advertisers and the Brand Safety Institute. These partnerships support its goal of strengthening accountability across digital advertising.
The company positions its offer as core infrastructure for the agentic era of media buying, embedding governance directly into AI systems so brands can benefit from automation while retaining oversight of media environments and data practices.
