ACC expands Atlanta hub for AI brand reputation

ACC expands Atlanta hub for AI brand reputation

The initiative aims to help brands monitor and influence how they are represented by artificial intelligence systems and large language models (LLMs).

Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC), a network of independent media, marketing and communications agencies, is expanding its investment in Atlanta to establish a global hub for AI-driven brand communications and reputation management. Led by ACC Intelligence, the initiative will help brands monitor and influence how they are represented by people and artificial intelligence systems, including large language models (LLMs).

The expansion builds on the expertise of Stripe Theory, ACC’s Atlanta-based data and digital marketing agency, which operates under the oversight of strategic communications firm DKC. ACC Intelligence combines data science, market research, AI technologies and advisory services to help brands navigate changes in how audiences discover and evaluate information.

Zach Hempen, Executive Director of Stripe Theory, will lead the expanded hub, working with Michael Moschella, Head of ACC Intelligence and DKC Analytics. Their focus will be on expanding the team, technologies and capabilities supporting ACC’s AI-powered services.

The hub will give agencies across ACC’s network, including DKC, Stripe Theory and MKG, access to additional resources for brand positioning and reputation management in AI-driven environments. The expansion is intended to support clients in Atlanta and international markets.

ACC expands access to AI marketing platforms

ACC agencies and clients will be able to use two proprietary tools: Definity, a synthetic audience platform that allows brands to test creative concepts before market launch, and AIME (Artificial Intelligence for Marketing Engagement), an answer optimisation engine.

The tools are designed to help brands assess creative work, monitor their representation in AI-generated answers and manage their reputations across AI-powered environments.

ACC links Atlanta investment to changing communications needs

Zach Hempen, Executive Director, Stripe Theory: "Our business is dedicated to helping brands define their message at a time when AI and new technologies are increasingly influencing how stories are shaped and discovered. Atlanta has played a meaningful role in shaping modern America and building some of the world’s most trusted brands. It was a natural decision to deepen our commitment to the city while building out a best-in-class team to help brands take control of their narratives."

Michael Nyman, Founder and CEO, Acceleration Community of Companies: "We’re investing in Atlanta because we believe the future of communications will be built at the intersection of cultural understanding and advanced intelligence capabilities. This city has long been a driving force in business and culture, and we see tremendous opportunity to build capabilities here that serve our agencies, clients, and partners around the world."

ACC expands its network of marketing services

The investment comes as ACC’s network grows to 10 business units and more than 650 employees. The group is developing capabilities across AI, data, creative, experiential marketing, communications and talent services.

By expanding its infrastructure and combining expertise across its agencies, ACC aims to meet demand for integrated solutions that bring together multiple marketing and communications disciplines.
